Global Riders Note: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees – these are the rider’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items can’t be returned unless faulty:

2. Receive Return Authorization
Our Winchester-based team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with:

- Securely package the items with all original packaging materials

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Our exchange process runs as smoothly as a well-oiled chain:

- We’ll ship the new item once the return is approved (additional charges may apply for price differences)
- Exchanges typically add 3-5 business days to standard processing times
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received damaged, faulty, or incorrect items (which is as rare as forgetting your helmet on ride day):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
- Expect priority processing with replacement shipped within 48 hours of approval
International Riders Note: For returns outside the UK, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original customs/duties fees, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
