Returns & Exchanges Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our range cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Body Armour (once removed from packaging)
- Helmets (due to safety regulations)
- Underwear & Socks (hygiene reasons)
- Opened Engine Oils & Brake Fluids

2. Receive Return Authorization
Our Winchester-based team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

3. Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the items with all original packaging materials. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. We recommend:
- Using a tracked shipping service (returns are at customer’s expense unless faulty)
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse:
- We’ll inspect items within 3 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
- Approved refunds will be processed immediately
Refund Details
Like fine-tuning your bike’s performance, we handle refunds with precision:
- Timing: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank/payment processor)
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Our exchange process runs as smoothly as a well-oiled chain:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is approved (additional charges may apply for price differences)
- Exchanges typically add 3-5 business days to standard processing times
International Returns Note
For our global riders (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs/duties fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received damaged, faulty, or incorrect items (which is as rare as forgetting your helmet on ride day):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
- Expect priority processing with replacement shipped within 48 hours of approval
