Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable services:
  • Standard Express Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking
  • Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Winchester warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your garage through the carrier’s website.
Do you handle customs and import fees?
All international shipments include pre-cleared documentation to smooth the customs process. However, any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
